We dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces follow timelines communicated at the time of purchase. A confirmation email is sent the moment your order leaves our atelier.

Standard shipping within India is complimentary on orders above ₹999. Below this threshold, a flat charge of ₹99 applies. Express delivery is available at ₹249 across serviceable pin codes; please email us at support@shreeganeshimitationjewellery.com to request an express dispatch for your order.

We ship to most international destinations through trusted couriers. Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and declared value. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide all relevant shipping and delivery updates directly to your registered email address. Please keep an eye on your inbox for these notifications as your order makes its way to you.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we will reach out to arrange a re-dispatch at the customer's expense.
