All content on this website — including text, photography, illustrations, designs, logos and the SGIJ name — is the property of Shree Ganesh Imitation Jewellery and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. No part may be reproduced without prior written permission.

We endeavour to display each piece as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, finish and weight are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and not considered defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate listings or unavailable stock. Payments must be received in full before dispatch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGIJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
